• Conducting a complete business review and providing advice and guidance on best practice strategies to the senior management team of a major European, Germany based semiconductor manufacturing company .
• Supporting a UK sports trust to assess its current performance and to identify and implement a package of business improvement actions.
• Supporting, through training and consultancy, a UK railway franchisor to successfully bid for two major railway franchises.
• Supporting, through training and consultancy, a Qatar telecom company to realise their vision of becoming a world-class organisation.
• Supporting a German owned manufacturing plant based in Turkey to become recognised as a role model of excellence and to achieve recognition of this by winning the EFQM’s Excellence Award in 2008.
• Supporting a European railway operator through a range of consultancy related to strategy and business planning, operational performance assessments and good/best practice identification and sharing
• Providing advice and guidance to a UK financial services company on its business excellence strategy.
• Designing and facilitating an organisational excellence review for the Vice Chancellor of a UK university and his strategic management group.
• Designing and delivering the EFQM's Excellence Award assessors training programmes and acting as a mentor for a group of assessment team leaders. (ongoing)
• Supporting a European, Denmark based personal health products manufacturer develop and implement a strategy development and implementation approach based on the principles of organisational excellence.
• Designing and running open market organisational excellence and assessor training courses for the EFQM , including bespoke, in-house events for clients across the world. (ongoing)
• Supporting a global, German based medical and safety equipment manufacturer develop and implement a new ongoing process of performance assessment and best practice identification and sharing.
• Developing and delivering an organisational excellence education package as part of a wider development programme being running by a Greek training institute for business graduates in the food industry.
• Supporting a UK mental health charity in developing and implementing a continuous improvement strategy
• Supporting a UK arts charity to conduct an in depth business performance analysis, through training and consultancy.
• Helping a European air traffic agency to develop its continuous improvement approach and its process and key performance indicators framework..
• Helping a London based education and training organisation , develop and implement a business excellence program
• Conducting numerous organisational excellence assessments for both public and private sector organisations across the world, including assessments for the EFQM's EEA, R4E and C2E recognition schemes . (ongoing)
• Acting as a visiting speaker on organisational excellence at various in-company conferences and events throughout the world. (ongoing)
